Designed to be a fun area of the Hewlett Packard Intranet, the Ideas Factory encouraged staff to come forward with ideas, no matter how wacky, which were duly considered and/or adopted.

The best ideas were rewarded with highly sought-after Ideas Factory rugby shirts!
